Jeremy Swinburne

Director

Jeremy manages our Maintenance Division, he prices soft landscape tenders and develops and co-ordinates complex landscape maintenance schedules for a wide range of clients.

1985 - National Certificate in Horticulture and Landscape Construction, Merrist Wood College, Guildford (1 year).

Michael Swinburne

Michael manages our fencing division, he site manages every fencing division project and is highly trained and experienced in the use of heavy plant equipment.

Nigel Pearson

Area manager for Scottish Division

Nigel manages all our operations in Scotland for maintenance, hard landscaping and fencing including estimating, co-ordinating labour teams and site managing each project.

Duncan Fleck

Head of Gardens

Duncan is project manager and site supervisor for the private and historic gardens division. As the point of contact for Landscape Architects and Designers who require their concepts realising, or a broad design idea put into a technical drawing to be executed by craftsman and landscapers on site, he bridges the gap between designers, their client and those who implement the work itself.

1992 - BA(Hons) English and History, University of Northumbria.

1992 - Qualified in Landscape Architecture at Leeds Metropolitan University.
1993 - Contracts manager at Phoenix Landscapes.
1994 - Set up and developed Maplewood Landscape Design.

Brian Watson

Head of snacking division

Brian is in charge of reducing our snack to workforce ratio.
